This is my second time at Fox Glacier TOP 10. First time I stayed in one of the units and the second time in a camping site. This is 100% my favourite TOP 10 in New Zealand! Superb facilities, clean and beautiful. Great location and mountain views. Hot pool is luxury and there is even a glow worm enchanted forest! It is just flawless. Congratulations to the current team for impeccably maintaining the space in such a busy period. We had an awesome stay as always!

This is a big, clean, quiet, really well-run tourist park with great options for all budgets. There’s camping, van sites and dozens of small, but well equipped permanent cabins. The park also has a great kids play area, two huge kitchens, and a decent coin operated laundry. We stayed three nights and found it the perfect base for both glaciers and the nearby Lake Matheson Cafe.

With my partner being sick (and therefore always cold) it’s always a worry for us if the accommodation will be warm enough. Well, not here! Really nice small one bedroom unit (modern cabin on steroids) with not one heater, but three! A panel heater in the bedroom, a fan heater in the bathroom and a heat pump! Wow! Not what we expected, especially for the price of a basic cold cabin in a lot of other places. Awesome. And then the shower… Wow!!! The best shower I have ever had! We had a great toasty winter stay and would definitely recommend it!

We stayed here as one of 8 holiday parks we stayed at on our trip to the South Island. This park was fantastic and in our top 3 that we stayed at. They were accommodating as we booked the wrong dates and they honored our bookings when we turned up a day late by mistake. The facilities were clean and excellent bathrooms, kitchen and playground. Great location too. Husband and daughter used the hot tub which was nice too. Highly recommend.

Top notch facilities and a lovely setting! We had a wonderful stay at Fox Glacier Top 10. The communal facilities and cabins were excellent, and very clean. The reception had heaps of helpful information, and our daughter loved the playground and bikes for hire. The staff were welcoming, and the Lake Matheson walk is just nearby. What a great place to stay!

Truly the most impressive stay on our journey. But also compared to our stays in other parts of South Island. The scenery and facilities at this park were the best I have encountered. This is a must stay location.

Best campsite ever! Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings. We would love to have stayed longer but we got heavy rain so we moved on. A shame it was too wet to walk or cycle, but the best conditions to see the waterfalls over Haast Pass

Great time. Great views, Warm and inviting. Very clean facilities. They have their own glow worms nearby. Lots of communal space and well appointed. Not sure you can improve on perfection – even the weather was warm, clear and dry.

Best facilities. Great shower cubicles 3 x bigger than any other. Continuous hot water at the same pressure and temperature for the whole shower. Liz on reception was top notch. Even tho I booked in with someone else she knew me from my telephone booking and greeted me. And she also remembered my name later in the day.

This is a lovely Park, well equipped and beautifully presented. We stayed in a Self Contained Unit which was perfect for our stay and included a bath which was awesome. The Unit had a carport which was great for when the weather wasnt always favourable. The camping facilities are awesome and the great hot tub was well appreciated after exploring the area in the evening. The Glow-worm grotto was really cool at night so make the effort to make the short walk in, your kids will love it!

Amazing little spot in Fox Glacier! Amazing staff and amazing facilities. Very clean site. Although we stayed in the campvervan we used the kitchen facilities which was very clean and also the bathrooms were kept very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this place

Booked for one night, stayed two. Facilities very clean. Plenty of bathrooms. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Slept well. Walked into the town for provisions. WiFi not the best when the campsite was full, but this is to be expected due to the location.

Great location to explore Fox and Franz Josef. The Cabin we stayed in was lovely and cozy with views of the Alps and valey towards Fox Glacier. It was a lovely stay.

We were staying as part of Fox River cleanup volunteers through DOC, the re elation staff made us very welcome, nothing was a bother, lots of information and cheerful disposition , beautiful cats to welcome us, after long day at the rubbish strewn river.
