Fox Glacier TOP Holiday Park - General Information, Terms and Conditions of Stay

Three-Way Holiday Parks Ltd Trading as Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park. All rates are GST (15%) inclusive and are in New Zealand dollars ($NZL). We accept Visa, MasterCard and New Zealand cash. The name that will appear on your statement if paying by MasterCard or Visa will be Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park.

After Hours

A 24 hour call button is located at the front of reception to contact the duty manager in case of an emergency or disturbance.

Please contact Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park via email or phone to change or update your booking details.

Booking Local Activities & Attractions

We offer a full ticketing service for all activities in and around the greater Fox Glacier area – ask us first, our knowledge is extensive

Breakage or Damage

Please report any damage or breakages so that we can repair and/or replace.

Cancellation Policy – Applicable to direct bookings only

Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of deposit or full payment with balance payable on arrival. A refund will be given if your unit or site is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the arrival time of 2pm on the expected day of arrival, less a $25 administration fee. If cancelled within 72 hours of expected arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay will be applied. If an amendment results in shortening of stay, no refund will be made, unless more than 72 hours notice is given.

Check-In and Check-out times

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Credit Card Payments

A valid credit card in the name of the guest must be presented on check-in. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged against that card. A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.

Child Ages

Child ages are 1 to 14 years inclusive. There is no charge for children aged less than 12 months.

Day Visitors

Must report to reception on arrival. Day visitors are the ultimate responsibility of the registered guest and must leave quietly before 9pm. Vehicles are to be parked in the designated areas. Please be aware that the Holiday Park facilities are for our paying-staying guests and in fairness to all guests we reserve the right to limit visitor numbers.

Guest Behaviour

To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times. This includes reasonable behaviour and dress at all times. All alcohol is to be consumed on your site or in your unit. No noise between 10pm and 7am.

Late Arrivals

Please advise reception if you will be arriving later than 8pm, so that arrangements can be made for a late arrival.

Laundry

Washing machines & dryers are located near the reception area and are available 24 hours. Washing machines take 2 x $2 coins and dryers are 1 x $2 coins for 30 mins drying. Coins are available from reception.

Pets

Well behaved dogs are welcome between 1 March and 30 November in sites only and must have the approval of the owners/managers. They must be registered, de-sexed & must be kept on a leash. Any disturbances such as barking has to be kept to an absolute minimum to ensure other guest are not inconvenienced. The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pets are not allowed in our units/cabins, communal facilities or in the playground area. Pets are not to be tied up around the facilities. Guest must agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Sorry no pets are permitted in the Holiday Park during Peak season or Easter Holidays. Pets are forbidden in accommodation at all times – a $150 surcharge will be applied if evidence of an animal is found in the units.

Privacy Statement

This statement applies to all individuals providing personal information to Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park through this website. When collecting personal information Fox Glacier TOP 10 complied with the Privacy Act 1993.

When you register or give us personal information it will be held on Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Parks and TOP 10 New Zealand's Central Database. Your personal details may be accessed by TOP 10 New Zealand or linked and accessible to other TOP 10 Holiday Parks should you make a reservation with them (a shared database). Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park will not share this information with any other third parties without your permission.

Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park and/or the TOP 10 Central Office may send out periodic emails informing you of special offers, updated information and new services. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe to these communications.

Reception Hours

8am to 8pm (winter months) and 8am to 9pm (summer months). Please try to complete all transactions during these hours.

Reservations

All bookings are accepted at the discretion of the owners/managers.

Reservations are a contract between Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation and is not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must occupy the unit or site for the duration of the contract and is ultimately the responsibility for all occupants and visitors of that unit or site.

I, the guest agree:

  • To conform to Holiday Park bylaws & regulations (available from office & on website) & understand that by breach of the rules by ourselves or our guests will result in our site or unit being cancelled without any refund of fees paid.
  • That any additions to the number in our party must be notified to and consent given by the owners/managers of the Holiday Park before arrival.
  • Only one vehicle is allowed to park on each site, with all other vehicles being parked in the designated areas.
  • All visitors must report to the office prior to entering the Holiday Park and park their car in the designated area.
  • That our caravan/campervan will have a current electrical WOF.
  • That no animals are allowed in the Holiday Park as per the pets statement above.

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:

  • is not the person named on the reservation
  • is not the person named on the credit card or not to be authorised to use the card
  • is not able to pay for any additional charges
  • may cause damage to the property or other guests
  • may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
  • is younger than 21 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
  • is concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal
  • is concealing more than the number of registered guests for their booking

Telephone

A public phone is located outside reception.

TV & Internet

The TV room is located in the communal facility area. WiFi is available throughout the Holiday Park and costs $5 for 24 hours. WiFi can be purchased from reception or on the IKS & HQ-IAC website.
