Internet & Wifi

Wi-Fi is available thoughout the grounds. Purchase your internet time online & re-use in other N.Z. locations on your holiday. Coin operated internet available.

Telephone/Cellphone:

The Telecom cellular network can be accessed from all areas of the park grounds. Payphones are also available, and phone cards can be purchased from reception

Postage:

We have all your postage needs organised. You can purchase postcards, stamps and even post your mail at the holiday park.

Linen/bedding Hire:

Linen and bedding can be hired from reception when you check in. Just let us know your requirements and we will organise it for you.

Cutlery/Crockery Hire:

Not traveling with crockery/cutlery? Let our reception staff know and they will organise one of our hire kits for you. Kits contain all you need to prepare and eat your meals.

Luggage/Car storage:

Many of our guests choose to walk some of the longer tracks in the area, such as the overnight hike to the Welcome Flat hotpools, we have secure vehicle and luggage storage service.

Dump Station/Water:

A full service dump station is available on-site.  Clean water supply for your tanks.

Feel free to give the old truck a decent clean while you are at it!

Bus Reservations:

Ticketing for bus services heading both north and south are available from reception (for Intercity, Atomic Shuttles and Tracknet).

Some of the best advice you may get during your stay may come straight from our friendly, informed staff who all live here at Fox Glacier, they know the place like the back of their hand. Our staff are also the most convenient way to book all your activities with local operators, completely free of charge.

Adrian’s dawn chorus:

The early morning is a time when the birds are waking from their slumber and twittering away in the forest around the park. If you’re lucky you’ll also hear Adrian’s (Park Manager) morning whistle or his friendly laughter as he helps out the early risers. Adrian loves the mornings and is always keen on sharing a smile and a laugh!
